Once your vehicle is started, that vehicle's alternator will charge the battery. lt is important to let the vehicle run for approximately 25 minutes to put a sufficient charge on the battery. If your "battery light" is on that may indicate there are other issues that is affecting the battery and must be sent to a mechanic to properly diagnose and pinpoint the problem

The vehicle that is showing up to assist you is equipped to handle the need you described. If in the event that you would just prefer (or need)a tow truck please make sure you specify. Please note vehicles that do not have spares we may be able to take your tire to a tire shop or, plug the tire in some cases

Unfortunately, GPS can be very very finicky. It may pinpoint you in a field when you're actually on the highway. Sometimes, it needs a moment to update to give the exact location, so the tech will call to confirm and or ask questions of where you're located. Why Can't You Wait 10+ Minutes I'm Busy
We know from personal experience, life doesn't stop. It is important to make a window of time so that when the technician arrives someone is available witness the service being done, such as a door unlocked in which we can hand the keys to somebody or, to be close enough to unlock the vehicle to access the battery for a jump start or, the trunk for a tire change. Can You Pick Me Up?
Because of liability, All Non towing services are at the sole discretion of the tech. Please note that in any scenario you may be subject to be audio and or video recorded.
My keys are locked in the trunk, why are you trying to unlock my door?
A majority of vehicles as long as you're able to get inside, you were able to open the trunk. Some vehicles like Volkswagen requiring extra step by lowering the rear passenger seat while other cars the middle console flips down because of this we are required to get in the passenger area of the vehicle first
